3. Storage & Shelf Life

Once opened, treats should be consumed within the recommended time frame to ensure freshness.
4. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used treats.

If your product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo for review.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed promptly.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
